THE CAPTAIN
Captain Kyle Morella, a South Carolina native, found his passion for fishing in the Blue Ridge Mountains before expanding his travels to pursue fly fishing around the country. Over time, the Carolina Lowcountry became his home base and his greatest focus—especially sight-fishing redfish in shallow water. As his experience grew, he dedicated himself to guiding in Charleston and spending seasons on the Forgotten Coast of Florida chasing tarpon. While proficient in light tackle, Kyle’s true obsession is fly fishing, where he thrives on the precision, patience, and excitement of presenting a fly to fish in skinny water.
